Your monthly or quarterly statements are now available online via any internet connection. You may access these statements through our secure internet banking system. Your statements will look exactly the same as the paper statements that you are currently receiving in the mail.
To begin receiving E-statements, you will need to be signed up for online banking. You can then enroll by clicking on the link below. Once enrolled, all future statements will be archived for up to 12 months. You will no longer receive a statement in the mail.

Security...
Your statements can be accessed only by you through our secure Credit Union online banking using your online user name and password. The statement will not be sent to your email box and you won't need to find a secure place to file it or to dispose of it. Statements are archived online and you may print them or save them on your personal computer or leave them stored in the archive.
Convenience...
You’ll receive a monthly email reminder when your statement is ready, and you’ll be able to view your statement online when it is convenient for you to do so. This is just a reminder and is not the statement itself.
Voluntary...
If you prefer to receive paper statements you don’t need to do a thing and there will be no changes in the way your statements are mailed to you.

E-Statement FAQ's
1. How do I sign up for E-Statements and stop the paper statements?

First of all, you need to be signed up for online banking-contact the Credit Union to sign up. Once signed up for online banking, click on the 'Enroll Now' button above and complete the easy online enrollment form. Select YES to elect to receive your statements electronically and Yes to agree to the Terms and Conditions before clicking the Submit button. You should see a message confirming your enrollment. You will also receive an email stating that you are enrolled.
2. Can I view my E-Statement immediately after completing the enrollment form?
- Access to E-Statements will be set up within three or four days following your completion of the online enrollment form. Enrollments received after 12:00pm CST on the final business day of the month could be delayed until the following statement cycle. When enrollment has been completed you should be able to view your statements in Online Banking.
3. Is my account information protected from others viewing it?
- Your E-Statements are viewable only through our secure Online Banking and protected with the latest security features and your user name and password.
4. How do I view my E-Statement?
- Log in to your account through online banking with your User Name and Password. Click on the word Statements at the bottom of the screen, and then click on the statement you wish to view.
5. How do I get a paper copy of my statement?
- Your statement opens in Adobe Reader. You can go to File and then Print to make a copy or click on the printer icon.
You may also request a paper copy of your statement anytime by calling the credit union.
6. Can I still view my statements even though I've deleted the email notification?
- The email is simply a notification so that you are aware that a new statement has been posted to your online account. Your statements will be available to view online for 18 months even after you have deleted the email.
7. How do I stop receiving E-Statements and restart mail statements?
- You can switch back to the paper version of your statements at any time. Contact a credit union representative by phone at 608-323-2126 or 800-325-2126. You can also send an email to acu@triwest.net and ask to change your statements back to paper. Please do not include any account numbers in your email.
8. Can I have my E-Statement notificaton sent to more than one email address?
- We're sorry but we can only send your eStatement notification to one email address.
9. Can a joint member sign the enrollment form for E-Statements?
- If there is more than one member on the account, any other joint member can sign the enrollment form for E-Statements although the name on the account must be listed as the primary account holder. The primary account holder is the first person listed on your current statement.
- The person making the request will sign on the bottom of the form using his/her own name stating that they are the person requesting the E-Statements.
10. How do I notify the credit union of my new email address?
- Send an email to acu@triwest.net requesting an email address change.
11. When during the month is my E-Statement available online?

Your eStatement will be available approximately the first business day of the month if you receive monthly statements. For members receiving quarterly statements it will be around the first business day of January, April, July, and October.
