New Security Measure - The Challenge Pin
The Challenge Pin replaces the Challenge Questions. You don't need to memorize it or write it down because it will change each time you are asked to enter a Challenge Pin. It is automatically generated for you and sent to either your email address or as a text message to your cell phone depending on which option you choose during setup.
When you are asked to enter your Challenge Pin, you will either receive an email or text message from alerts@arcadiacu.com giving you your 5 digit pin number. While you are retrieving your Challenge Pin, you want to make sure NOT to close out of home banking but simply minimize the screen. Also, if you cannot locate your email, please check for it in your spam box.
If you setup the Challenge Pin to go to your email address and now you decided you want it to go to your cell phone as a text message, you can make the change in home banking on the main screen. The option is at the bottom of the Summary page...My Account...Challenge Pin.
